Job Overview

Perform high-accuracy dimensional inspections using Verisurf and laser Trackers for large aerospace assemblies. Install, align, and calibrate complex production systems. Collaborate with various departments to optimize build strategies and inspection sequencing. Create detailed dimensional reports and maintain safety-compliant records in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy dimensional inspections using Verisurf and laser Trackers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in laser trackers or metrology.
• 5+ years experience with Verisurf X.
• Proficiency in GD&T, drawings/models, and model-based inspection workflows.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Travel up to 10% annually for site deployment and field alignment.
