Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions. Provide HR guidance on termination, resignations, transfers, and contracts. Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations. Ensure legal compliance and privacy in offboarding and records. Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders via HRIS. Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle exposure. Strong exits experience with compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, and propose practical solutions. Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.
