Own daily ops at the Canadian 3PL warehouse: inbound, outbound, returns. Own end-to-end order lifecycle for Canadian orders (CA/US/Asia). Lead fulfillment to meet SLA for pick/pack/dispatch. Work with the 3PL to resolve issues and boost throughput. Monitor warehouse productivity and capacity; drive improvements. Oversee middle-mile and final-mile transport; monitor carrier performance. 5–8+ years in logistics/supply chain operations in ecommerce. Experience with 3PL warehouses and returns management. Strong ecommerce order management workflows knowledge. Experience managing carrier networks: parcel, trucking, air. On-site at the Canadian warehouse (GTA) 1–2 days/week.
