People mgmt experience: hiring, supporting ops teams, setting goals, tracking progress. Deep understanding of the digital ads and monetization ecosystem. Experience with product/engineering to support tooling or automation for enforcement. Data-driven thinker; use insights to prioritize and improve operations.
