Manager, Network

Lead development and execution of Habitat Health's provider network strategy. Oversee provider contracting, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationships. Coordinate with center operations, clinical, and finance to align workflows and care. Draft, negotiate, and manage provider contracts and letters of agreement for PACE providers. Manage network adequacy planning, market expansion, and complex negotiations. Supervise network specialists or analysts and guide integration of contracted providers. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin, business, public health, or related field. 6-8 years in provider contracting, network development, or health plan ops. Experience leading provider contracts in managed care or integrated delivery. Strong negotiation, contracting, and provider relations skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
