Leadership experience preferred. Experience designing onboarding, engagement surveys, learning initiatives, and culture programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven approach to program design and evaluation. Experience working with external vendors for L&D or engagement platforms. Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets. Fully remote with time-zone collaboration.
