Lead the People Operations team to deliver timely HR support. Oversee HR service delivery, tracking, and SLA adherence. Partner with HRIS to automate HR workflows. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Lead immigration program with Legal to ensure compliance. Lead two specialists and plan for scaling People Ops. 5+ years in People Ops incl service delivery, compliance, optimization. 2+ years of leadership; proven high-performing teams. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, audit processes, employment laws. Experience developing and managing immigration programs is a plus.
