Manager, Professional Services (GovCon)

Lead, coach, and develop a team of ERP consultants for GovCon deployments Partner with Sales, Product, CS, and Ops to ensure delivery and outcomes Drive utilization, realization, backlog, revenue, margins, and CSAT Oversee scoping, estimating, and staffing to align with capacity Ensure delivery excellence and strong customer outcomes across engagements 5+ years of consulting experience in B2B software 2+ years leading and mentoring consulting or delivery teams ERP implementations experience, esp. GovCon/government contracting Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills Ability to scope, estimate, and staff implementations to meet timelines Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent) Salary range $120,000 - $135,000 per year Eligible for equity and discretionary bonus Access to Unanet employee benefits plans Equal Opportunity Employer
