• Develop clear contributor guidelines and quality assurance frameworks to uphold data integrity.
• Define ideal contributor profiles and establish task acceptance criteria for labeling projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee subject matter accuracy and relevance.
• Lead implementation of customer projects, managing AI expert teams for consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Mathematics or related domains (STEM, Programming, i18n).
• Experience designing or reviewing data workflows, educational content, or technical documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience with data labeling, machine learning/AI, or evaluation projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, project-based environment.
