Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize project structures and labeling workflows tailored to mathematical and STEM domains.
Develop clear contributor guidelines and quality assurance frameworks to uphold data integrity.
Define ideal contributor profiles and establish task acceptance criteria for labeling projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee subject matter accuracy and relevance.
Lead implementation of customer projects, managing AI expert teams for consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven expertise in Mathematics or related domains (STEM, Programming, i18n).
Experience designing or reviewing data workflows, educational content, or technical documentation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience with data labeling, machine learning/AI, or evaluation projects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, project-based environment.
