The company is involved in trade shows and exhibitions, highlighting its commitment to showcasing its solutions globally.Magnets • Magnetic Separation • Metal Detection • Fluid Filtration • Electromagnets• About Us: Established in 1942, Eriez is a global leader in separation technologies. • Our commitment to innovation has positioned us as a driving market force in several key technology areas including magnetic separation, flotation, metal detection and material handling equipment. • Our 900+ employees are dedicated to providing trusted technical solutions to the mining, food, recycling, packaging, aggregate and other process industries. • Headquartered in Erie, Pennsylvania (USA), Eriez designs, manufactures and markets on six continents through 12 wholly owned international subsidiaries and an extensive sales representative network. • This is a remote opportunity with frequent travel required. • Job Purpose: Understanding mining customer needs and aligning magnetic separation product offerings with their requirements. • Providing mining customers with magnetic separation technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process. • Guiding magnetic separation product testing for mining applications and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value of Eriez’ solutions. • Collaborating with the mining sales team (internal and external) to identify and qualify sales opportunities. • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Contributing to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical or materials science) • 5+ years’ experience as a sales engineer or in a similar technical sales role • Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrable experience in presenting technical products and services to customers, providing expert advice and troubleshooting customer queries • Understanding of commercial terms and conditions for sale of equipment and services • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Willingness to travel as required • Fluency in written and spoken English • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)• 401(k) • Employer 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance
