NPI Engineering Program Manager

Lead end-to-end development and launch of Mill hardware products. Manage cross-functional teams through the full hardware lifecycle. Partner with design and manufacturing to hit schedules, costs, and quality. Plan, track, and mitigate risks; manage schedule and budget. Provide updates to exec leadership on program health. Oversee development and production build events as needed. 6+ years TPM/OPs experience on appliances or consumer electronics. PM experience with manufacturers from design to mass production. Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed. BS degree desired. Experience with thermal or kitchen appliances. Mandarin fluency (nice to have).
