Responsibilities

• Lead store ops and profitability with the leadership team
• Coach and delegate to optimize total store operations
• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues with the GM and close gaps
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor sets
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-focused sales environment
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Experience supervising Operations staff
• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-energy retail shifts
• Availability for peak periods and weekends
