Lead store operations to maximize profitability and efficiency. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to guide the team. Manage inventory: forecasting, replenishment, shrink reduction. Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, floor set updates, and supplies. Champion guest experience and safe, welcoming work environment. 2+ years in client-centric, sales environment. Proven leadership and talent development ability. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to move dynamically on the retail floor.
