Remote is seeking a Manager, Payroll Client Services (APAC) to join our dynamic Payroll team. This role is ideal for a passionate leader with expertise in payroll operations and client services, keen to drive excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, global HR platform. As a fully remote position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting international clients, resolving payroll-related challenges, and contributing to our mission of simplifying global employment.

Job Overview

Lead and manage the Payroll Client Services team for the APAC region.
Ensure seamless payroll processing and issue resolution for clients and their employees.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of best practices and continual process improvement.
Foster a culture of productivity, adaptability, and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Address and resolve payroll-related issues for client companies and their employees.
Maintain deep knowledge of local payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional service.
Drive process improvements and leverage HR technology integrations.
Work asynchronously with global teams and clients, adapting to various time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in payroll client services or customer care team management.
Strong understanding of payroll legislation in one or more APAC countries is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and remote work environment.
Fluent English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a bonus.
Experience with remote work and asynchronous collaboration is advantageous.
