This full-time, remote role offers the opportunity to shape people programs within a dynamic DevOps company, collaborating with diverse teams throughout the United States.

Job Overview

Drive company-wide people communications and engagement strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance organizational culture and employee experience.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform and optimize communication plans.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal communication campaigns and initiatives.
Promote employee engagement through creative programs and events.
Advise leadership on best practices for people communications.
Measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies using analytics.
Ensure alignment of communications with GitLab’s mission and values.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
