Popmenu is seeking a Software Engineer to deliver innovative technology solutions to restaurants and diners. The ideal candidate will have experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Emphasize changeability, simplicity, testability, and polish in code
Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers
Find opportunities to improve the engineering department
Guide and mentor junior teammates
Write high-quality software and hold teammates accountable

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of software development experience
Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and dynamic languages/frameworks
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of application performance and testing tools
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and decompose complex problems
