Principal Design Operations Program Manager, AI

Own AI-enabled design ways of working at Toast. Lead Toast’s DesignOps in cross-functional AI triad. Create shared model for AI-augmented design practice. Shape behavioral change, tooling, workflows, instrumentation. Identify friction points and build scalable systems. Track evolving AI capabilities and impact on design. 6+ years in design operations, PM ops, or systems ops with impact. DesignOps or systems-thinking foundations; know adoption patterns. Technical fluency with AI tools; ability to discuss tech trade-offs. Proven experience driving large-scale behavior change. Strong analytical/pattern-recognition skills across distributed orgs.
