Principal Technical Producer

Translate opportunity spaces into clearly articulated problem statements and testable hypotheses Identify riskiest assumptions and design experiments to address them Ensure development initiatives have clear intent, scope, success criteria, and decision points Draft structured documentation of hypotheses, assumptions, risks, and learning goals Prepare decision summaries and readiness signals before beta or production handoff Document and evolve repeatable templates, playbooks, and operating standards Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 15+ years in technical production, program management, venture ops, or R&D Experience running pilots, betas, or incubation pipelines with live ops support Experience partnering with Technical Program Managers and delivery teams Strong technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments Salary plus performance bonus earning potential, paid annually Flexible time off policies Generous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) program 401(k) plan, with employer match Employer paid commuter benefit
