Define and drive the wireless product strategy for Axon's device portfolio Translate customer needs into a clear wireless roadmap and priorities Lead cross-functional work with RF, antenna, EE, ME, firmware, software, and ops Balance latency, power, cost, and certification tradeoffs Shape long-range strategies for cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and embedded systems Define success metrics and use field data to improve connectivity 10–12+ years of product management across connected devices or complex HW/SW Proven cross-portfolio strategy and senior alignment across teams Strong judgment prioritizing customer value, technical complexity, and ROI Experience in ambiguous, high-dependency environments with multiple senior stakeholders Familiarity with wireless domains: cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, modem integration Ability to drive strategy across multiple teams and product lines with field focus 401(k) with employer match Discretionary paid time off Paid parental leave and family support Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Career development and growth opportunities A mission-driven team focused on meaningful impact
