Job Overview

Lead product communications for Shopify’s eCommerce solutions.
Develop compelling messaging for product launches and updates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies.
Manage remote communications across diverse geographic regions.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and execute communication strategies for product initiatives.
Coordinate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver clear messaging.
Oversee the creation of press releases, blog posts, and product documentation.
Monitor and report on communications effectiveness and engagement.
Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in product communications or related fields.
