Product Manager WordPress Hosting

Pressable, a premier managed WordPress hosting platform and part of Automattic, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive innovation, deliver customer value, and support continued growth. You will lead the product roadmap, collaborate across engineering, support, marketing, and sales, and help shape the future of WordPress hosting for agencies and developers. Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product roadmap based on customer feedback, business priorities, and market trends.
• Conduct regular customer discovery to identify pain points and opportunities, especially within agencies and developers.
• Engage with WordPress and agency communities through events, podcasts, webinars, and networking.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, sales, and marketing to deliver and communicate high-quality features.
• Leverage analytics and feedback to measure impact, optimize adoption, and guide future product decisions.
• Create content such as blog posts, videos, and feature explainers to support product enablement and differentiation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or hosting environments.
• Experience working within the WordPress ecosystem.
• Strong customer focus, especially with developers and agencies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, both asynchronously and in real-time.
• Hands-on approach to strategic planning and execution.
• Understanding of hosting, WordPress, and needs of high-traffic or technically complex sites.
• Proven ability to transform customer pain points into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and external community engagement.
• Bonus: Familiarity with developer tooling, APIs, infrastructure platforms, product marketing, technical writing, or public speaking.
