Product Operations Manager, Merchant Acquiring

Own the 0 to 1 operational build-out for acquiring. Ensure card payments move money accurately; manage chargebacks. Provide hardware, chargeback and regulation insights for acquiring. Deliver accurate, efficient, compliant operations with automation focus. Meet SLAs/KPIs and drive performance improvements. Collaborate with Product, Customer Ops and FinCrime to shape ops. Significant ops experience in an acquirer/card acceptance provider. Card lifecycle knowledge: Auth, Capture, Settlement, Refund, Chargeback. Experience with physical card machines: shipping, activation, security, troubleshooting. Knowledge of scheme rules, PCI-DSS, chargebacks, fraud risks. Built and scaled operations from scratch; data-driven approach. Strong communicator; collaborative across functions; attention to detail. £1,000 learning budget per year.
