Production Supervisor (Starlink Solar) - 2nd Shift

Coordinate production tech schedules, processes, safety, and area standards Lead, coach, and mentor Starlink Technicians; bi-annual reviews Lead transition from engineering development to full-rate production Collaborate with area leadership to prioritize work per schedule and goals Drive continuous improvement, risk reduction, root-cause analysis, investigations Establish and analyze area metrics for training, flow, efficiency, defects, downtime Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in manufacturing or 5+ years in production 1+ years leading a team or project 2+ years hands-on with safety-critical systems or heavy equipment Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent Experience with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and efficiency methods Ability to read wiring diagrams, GD&T, schematics, and parts lists Stock options and long-term incentives Medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Short and long-term disability insurance Paid parental leave 3 weeks paid vacation and 10+ holidays
