Python Web Scraper Update

Hi, I’m looking for a developer to update a Python scraper that currently scrapes Dutch rental listings and sends Telegram notifications. The code is available on GitHub in a repository by wtfloris. Please search it so you understand The project involves: • Replacing Telegram notifications with email notifications (without using SendGrid). • Querying a PostgreSQL database (from a separate Replit project) to pull user search preferences—minPrice, maxPrice, cities, neighborhoods, minRooms, maxRooms, active, and lastChecked. • Integrating with our React dashboard where users update their preferences, which are stored in the same PostgreSQL database. • Running on an hourly schedule in Replit: fetching user preferences, scraping listings, comparing results, and emailing only new matches (avoiding duplicates and sending emails only when there are new listings). • Preserving the original error-handling and retry logic.
