Job Overview

TE Connectivity, a global leader in industrial technology is seeking a Staff R&D Product Development Engineer to work remotely. You will be responsible for developing socket, high-speed connector, and cable assembly solutions from inception to production release.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define product requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations
• Create detailed designs and perform validation
• Provide technical support to operations for efficiency improvement
• Resolve product-related issues and manage engineering change notifications

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
• Proficiency in CAD applications, GD&T, and FEA software
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work globally
