As a Reddit Growth Builder, you will play a pivotal role in igniting organic engagement and fostering the success of diverse local Reddit communities. This remote position focuses on curating, creating, and strategically seeding content, driving meaningful discussions, and ensuring that trending and valuable topics are well-represented on Reddit within your market. You will leverage your deep understanding of Reddit dynamics, local culture, and digital content strategies to maximize community growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement tailored local content seeding strategies for target subreddits.
Curate and create compelling, authentic content adapted for diverse Reddit communities.
Engage actively within local Reddit communities to drive organic growth and foster meaningful interactions.
Monitor and represent trending topics and emerging discussions relevant to your market.
Analyze performance metrics of content seeding efforts and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
Develop and maintain publisher partnerships to position Reddit as a hub for local news and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven Reddit user and active community contributor.
Expertise in crafting content that resonates across text, image, and video formats.
In-depth understanding of Reddit platform, subreddit dynamics, and community engagement best practices.
Strong grasp of local trends, culture, and current events within your market.
4+ years of post-college experience in relevant fields.
Bonus: Experience as a content creator/curator on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Twitter.
Bonus: Experience as a Reddit moderator or community owner.
Bonus: Experience managing publisher or content partnerships.
