Join our team as a Reddit Growth Strategist and help ignite organic engagement and cultivate thriving local Reddit communities. You will be responsible for driving impactful content, fostering meaningful discussions, and ensuring the representation of trending and valuable topics within your market. This remote role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in content creation, community engagement, and platform dynamics to maximize the success of diverse subreddits.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored local content seeding strategies for target subreddits.
Curate and create compelling, authentic content for diverse communities.
Engage actively with local Reddit communities to drive organic growth and meaningful interactions.
Monitor and represent trending topics, discussions, and emerging trends in your market.
Analyze content performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Establish publisher partnerships to position Reddit as a hub for news and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Active Reddit user and contributor with deep platform understanding.
Proven expertise in crafting text, image, and video content for diverse communities.
Strong grasp of subreddit dynamics and community engagement tactics.
Excellent knowledge of local market trends and culture.
Minimum 4 years of relevant post-college experience.
Bonus: Experience as a content creator on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Twitter.
Bonus: Experience as a moderator or community owner on Reddit.
Bonus: Experience as a partnerships manager for content platforms.
