Canonical, a leading provider of open source software, is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead the APAC team of HR professionals. This role involves delivering precise HR operations, partnering with senior leadership in the region, and driving key HR initiatives globally.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the regional HR team
Deliver precise and compliant HR operations
Interact closely with Talent Science and Workplace Engineering teams
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Present at Canonical events to articulate HR practices

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience leading initiatives in a technology business
People management experience
Business partnering with senior stakeholders
Knowledge of HR practices and employment law in APAC
