The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving growth, adoption, and retention for a portfolio of Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). As the primary relationship owner for multi-stakeholder advisor firms, you will align Altruist services to enhance firm operations and facilitate efficient growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own growth, adoption, and retention metrics for assigned RIA portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for multi-stakeholder advisor firms.
  • Align Altruist services to help firms grow and operate efficiently.
  • Drive net new assets and expand the usage of Altruist capabilities.
  • Build long-term, high-trust relationships with accountability for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management or sales within B2B financial services.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Slack.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of RIAs, including technology, operations, and fee structures.
  • Proven track record of exceeding growth and retention KPIs.
  • Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment with in-person meetings.
