H1 is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our mission-driven team focused on creating a healthier future. This full-time, remote position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving strategic initiatives within a fast-growing, innovative healthcare technology company.

Job Overview

Lead and manage key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive project success and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Oversee the delivery of services and solutions to meet client expectations.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Provide strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
