Job Overview

Responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) sector.
Collaborate with international teams to deliver seamless payroll and compliance services.
Represent Deel's suite of solutions to prospective and current clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PEO market.
Develop tailored solutions for client payroll and compliance needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in PEO or HR tech sectors.
Strong understanding of payroll and compliance for international teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with SaaS and HR solutions is a plus.
