Job Overview

Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Engage with members and stakeholders through written communication channels.
Contribute to a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Help maintain and enhance the organization’s support processes.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to support inquiries via email and chat.
Draft clear, engaging, and helpful written communication for members.
Assist with organizing and managing digital documents and records.
Collaborate with other team members to improve internal workflows.
Support the onboarding process for new users and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven experience in administrative or support roles.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Passion for writing and delivering exceptional customer support.
