This full-time, remote position offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Americas (AMERS) while being part of a dynamic team in the leading application, database, and managed WordPress hosting space.

Job Overview

Manage customer billing inquiries and resolve account issues.
Support clients with questions about invoices, payments, and subscriptions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and communications.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer billing requests via email or support tickets.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
Process refunds, adjustments, and payment updates as needed.
Educate customers on billing procedures and policies.
Work closely with finance and support teams to improve billing processes.
