Job Overview

As a Remote Support Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support for SCADA and BMS systems, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving complex technical issues, managing case workflows, and facilitating knowledge transfer. You will work closely with diverse technical teams and clients worldwide, supporting the advancement of sustainable and efficient building operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer technical inquiries related to SCADA and BMS support within agreed SLAs.
  • Follow defined support processes for case management, field service dispatch, and technical escalation.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, training, and tool utilization for the CSH team.
  • Document technical cases to enhance the knowledge base and facilitate continuous learning.
  • Identify and drive improvements for personal and team growth while completing assigned training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in DDC and PLC programming (FBD, Script, Ladder Diagram).
  • Strong knowledge of BMS protocols: BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, OPC.
  • Experience with HVAC domain systems and applications (e.g., AHUs, Chiller/Boiler Systems, VAV Boxes).
  • Ability to interpret HVAC software control loops, plant schematics, and system architecture.
  • Advanced technical support experience for connectivity/system configuration issues.
  • Familiarity with EcoStruxure Building Operation Software, SCADA, and SQL database querying.
  • Attention to detail, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in global projects or engineering centers is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, IT, and account managers.
