The Call Center Doctors is seeking talented professionals to join our remote team, specializing in building and managing full-cycle contact center solutions. Our company delivers end-to-end services, including HR management, agent training, scripting, system integration, and ongoing optimization. We work with diverse industries—such as solar, marketing, health insurance, and real estate—to enhance conversion rates and streamline business processes through operational automation and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement contact center solutions tailored to client requirements
Deliver comprehensive agent training and performance coaching
Design and optimize call scripts to maximize conversions
Integrate dialer systems and CRM platforms
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
Collaborate with clients to ensure transparency and control over campaigns
Support ongoing management and process automation for client accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in contact center operations or management
Strong understanding of CRM and dialer integration
Ability to create and refine sales scripts for various industries
Excellent communication and training skills
Proficiency with process automation tools
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and KPIs
Adaptability and collaboration in a remote work environment
Familiarity with HR management best practices
Technical aptitude for platform deployment and troubleshooting
Demonstrated commitment to client success and transparency
