Airtable is seeking a motivated Engagement Manager to join our remote team and help clients maximize the value of building powerful, no-code work applications. This full-time position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead client success initiatives from anywhere in the United States.

Job Overview

Lead client engagements to ensure successful adoption and implementation of Airtable solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, driving project success and satisfaction.
Manage remote projects, collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong client relationships to understand business needs and objectives.
Guide customers through onboarding, training, and best practices in Airtable.
Coordinate with product, sales, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Collect and relay client feedback to inform product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in client engagement, account management, or project management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and no-code tools.
Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
