• Deliver expert support for enterprise software platforms including Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with enterprise software (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP support, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and interoperability standards.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
