Job Overview

Deliver comprehensive HR support to a portfolio of clients.
Facilitate onboarding, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
Advise on policy compliance and employment law matters.
Develop and implement people development and training programs.
Partner with business leaders to drive culture, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee relations cases with professionalism and confidentiality.
Provide guidance on performance management and HR best practices.
Support policy development and compliance across client organizations.
Facilitate leadership training sessions and workshops.
Collaborate with legal experts to address employment law issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or outsourced environment.
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR policies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
