Job Overview
  • Deliver comprehensive HR support to a portfolio of clients.
  • Facilitate onboarding, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
  • Advise on policy compliance and employment law matters.
  • Develop and implement people development and training programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive culture, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations cases with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and HR best practices.
  • Support policy development and compliance across client organizations.
  • Facilitate leadership training sessions and workshops.
  • Collaborate with legal experts to address employment law issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or outsourced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
