Job Overview

Serve as a trusted advisor to Dropbox employees and management on HR-related matters.
Promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness within a remote-first culture.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Support talent management, onboarding, and career development programs.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices.
Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and improvements.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of HR business partnering experience.
Strong understanding of US labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.
