As a rapidly growing, modern insurance brokerage, Newfront is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This full-time, US-remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from any Newfront office. You will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent, supporting our mission to modernize the insurance experience for clients and employees alike.

Job Overview

Partner with hiring managers to execute full lifecycle recruiting for various roles across the company.
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and recruit top talent, especially passive candidates.
Utilize data-driven insights and Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidates efficiently.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to Newfront's growth by building a diverse and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Apply advanced Boolean search and research strategies to uncover passive talent.
Maintain accurate records and tracking within Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.).
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals and timelines.
Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and integrity throughout all recruitment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of total recruiting or recruiting operations experience, with at least 1+ year full lifecycle recruiting.
5+ years of advanced sourcing and research skills with minimal reliance on job postings.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Ashby or Greenhouse a plus).
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches and respond quickly in high-pressure environments.
Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience both in-house and with third-party agencies (agency, RPO, executive search) highly preferred.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification a plus.
