Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of remote staff and device setup
• Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
• Document support processes and update knowledge bases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in remote IT support roles
• Expertise in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments
• Proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365)
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
• Knowledge of device management and endpoint security
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
