As a Member Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting our members, ensuring their needs are met with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity that empowers you to make a difference from anywhere in the U.S.

Job Overview

Serve as a primary point of contact for Sana health plan members.
Assist members with inquiries related to benefits, claims, and coverage.
Resolve issues and provide guidance on healthcare-related concerns.
Promote a positive and supportive member experience.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to address member needs.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Educate members about their health benefits and coverage details.
Investigate and resolve claims or billing issues efficiently.
Document all interactions and follow up on outstanding requests.
Advocate for member needs within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
