iubenda is seeking a talented Paid Social Media Specialist to join our fully remote team. As a leader in privacy and cookie policy solutions for websites and apps, we are looking for an innovative professional to drive our paid social campaigns from anywhere in the world. This full-time role offers flexibility, growth, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our digital marketing performance.

Job Overview

Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Create, implement, and manage paid social campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Develop creative ad copy and visual assets in collaboration with design and content teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid social advertising.
Report on campaign results and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Expertise with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, international team environment.
