TigerData is seeking a motivated and experienced People Partner to join our team on a contract basis, covering maternity leave. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely from Ireland, Spain, or the United States. As a People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees, driving HR initiatives, and contributing to a positive workplace culture at TigerData, the leader in high-performance PostgreSQL solutions.

Job Overview

Contract position to cover maternity leave

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster positive workplace culture
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address employee needs and concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner
Strong knowledge of employment laws in Ireland, Spain, or the US
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficiency in HRIS and remote collaboration tools
