Job Overview

Lead sales initiatives for Smile.io’s loyalty program solutions.
Work remotely from anywhere within Canada.
Drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with small business clients.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach.
Provide product demonstrations and support to prospective clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in SaaS or loyalty programs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
