Headspace is seeking a Temp Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to support the growth of our engineering and technology teams while contributing to the mission of making mindfulness accessible to everyone. Work from anywhere within the United States and help us connect top talent to the leading meditation and mindfulness app.

Job Overview

Contract, remote opportunity supporting Headspace's technology hiring needs.
Focus on recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various tech positions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
Partner with internal teams to define role requirements and selection criteria.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
Strong understanding of technical skillsets and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
Knowledge of remote hiring best practices.
