Magic Leap is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our remote team. As a leader in spatial computing for enterprise, you will oversee cross-functional projects, drive technology initiatives, and collaborate with diverse teams across the United States. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country, enabling you to shape innovative solutions for enterprise clients.

Job Overview

Lead and manage technical programs in spatial computing.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and enterprise teams.
Ensure timely delivery of complex projects.
Drive alignment across remote teams.
Promote best practices in program management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple technical projects from initiation to launch.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Identify and resolve risks and blockers.
Support the adoption of spatial computing solutions for enterprise clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of technical program management experience.
Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of spatial computing technologies.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
