In this full-time role, you will partner with our hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across the Americas for our innovative subscription app platform. Job Overview

Remote, full-time position available anywhere in the Americas
Focus on technical roles supporting RevenueCat's growth
Collaborate with a distributed and dynamic team

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage qualified technical candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Promote RevenueCat's employer brand to attract top talent
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for technical roles in the tech industry
Strong understanding of technical skills and engineering environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
