Remote Trainer Manager Role

TTEC, a global leader in customer experience innovation, is seeking a dynamic Training Manager for a remote position based in Colombia. As part of our Learning and Development team, you'll play a pivotal role in coaching, supporting, and leading training specialists to success. Job Overview

• Lead and manage a team of training specialists to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
• Evaluate training programs, trainers, and processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Report directly to the Director of Learning and Development, supporting strategic business goals.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment for adult learners.
• Deliver excellent communication and customer service across all training activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop training specialists to maximize team engagement and success.
• Oversee daily training operations, processes, and performance reporting.
• Assess and improve training curriculum and delivery methods.
• Ensure team access to necessary tools, systems, and resources for effective training delivery.
• Monitor and enhance key success metrics related to training goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing training or adult learning programs in both Spanish and English.
• At least 4 years of experience in training and adult education.
• Proficient coaching, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Strong customer- and employee-focused mindset.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Oracle, Kronos, and Tandberg.
• Experience in call center environments, preferably with healthcare or medical interpreting background.
