As a Mid-to-Senior UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for Braintrust AIR and related products, crafting modern, user-centric SaaS experiences. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI design tools, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure polished, developer-ready designs that align with our sleek brand aesthetic. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, iterate rapidly, and shape the future of AI-powered recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features.
Establish and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring alignment with Braintrust’s brand and visual guidelines.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs using Figma and advanced AI tools (e.g., UX Pilot, Google Stitch) in response to stakeholder and client feedback.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive, modern interfaces.
Prepare developer-ready assets and documentation for seamless handoff, ensuring pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience, with a strong SaaS portfolio and expertise in complex web applications.
Mastery of Figma for interface design and prototyping, including experience with AI-driven Figma plugins.
Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as UX Pilot and Google Stitch; familiarity with additional AI/automation platforms is a plus.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, and agile iteration methodologies (Lean UX, Design Thinking).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to visual detail, accessibility, and consistency across responsive designs.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn and integrate new AI design workflows and industry best practices.
